Biography of Investigator:
For many people the decision to become a veterinarian is easy. For me it took five years of careful thought to decide between human and veterinary medicine. Now with my current role at the CSU Animal Cancer Center, I don’t have to make this decision any longer. Work at the CSU ACC impacts both human and animal health.

Research Focus:
My current research interests include;

  1. Sentinel Lymph Node Mapping
  2. Lymphatic Spread of Neoplasia
  3. Improving Patient Survival with Surgery and Emerging Technologies

Current Work/Projects:

  1. Lymphatic Staging and Sentinel Lymph Node Identification in Canine Oral Malignant Melanoma
  2. Lymph Drainage Patterns and Sentinel Lymph Node Detection in Canine Osteosarcoma
