CSU Animal Cancer Center Clinical Trial

Patient Disease:
Canine Lymphoma

Study Name:
Immune Profiling and Sequencing of Canine B Cell Lymphoma

Purpose of the study:

  • To perform immune profiling and sequencing of Canine B Cell Lymphoma
  • To determine whether these mutations are recognized by the immune system
  • Ultimately to use this information to generate more effective immunotherapies for this and other cancers of dogs

Primary Eligibility Criteria:

  • Dogs with multicentric B cell lymphoma 
  • Must be healthy enough for sedation and biopsy of the lymph node

Study Protocol:

  • Pre-enrollment:  confirm diagnosis, lymphoma phenotyping, confirm that dog has not been treated previously
  • Week 1: blood collection and biopsy

Owner Responsibilities:

  • Consent to biopsy and blood sampling

Financial Incentives:

  • The study will cover costs of the study procedures.
  • There is a $500.00 credit applied to the VTH account of the patient
